Proposed Outlay
The Pan-India outlay of ₹18,200 Crore is proposed for the large-scale deployment of 271 3G Energy Stations, 52 Depot Hubs and 52 associated Control Rooms along with other network components, together with the supporting 7C3E e-highway infrastructure required across the identified highway network.
The proposed outlay has substantially increased from the earlier estimated requirement due to the expansion of project components, enhanced infrastructure requirements and continuous improvements in the 3G Energy Station design and associated facilities. The evolving design incorporates additional capabilities and infrastructure, resulting in a higher overall project investment requirement.
The ₹18,200 Crore Proposed Outlay represents the projected financial requirement for the Pan-India implementation and expansion of the NHEV model. This outlay may be further enhanced through mutual confirmation with the financing bank and formalised by way of an addendum, based on the finalised project scope, additional components and evolving infrastructure requirements.
