Unused Outlay

The commencement of the NHEV pilot’s Phase-I execution has begun from April 2026, with the project now progressing from the financing and prototyping stage towards on-ground infrastructure implementation. At present, 16 land parcels are being pledged for completion of lease finalisation, allotment and initiation of construction activities for the proposed 3G Energy Stations under Phase-I.

The ₹3,672 Crore Credit Outlay secured from HDFC Bank currently remains substantially unused, as the project is at the initial stage of land aggregation, lease finalisation and site readiness. The available credit outlay is therefore ready for deployment against Phase-I execution requirements, enabling the transition from pledged land parcels to construction and subsequent commissioning of the NHEV 3G Energy Station network.

The unused outlay represents the available financial headroom for immediate Phase-I deployment, subject to completion of the prescribed land, lease, allotment, approval and project execution milestones.
